Return Policy
We believe our job is to make sure you LOVE your crystal. If for any reason you are not happy, please let us know why and we will make it right.
In case of a manufacturer defect on arrival (i.e. damaged crystal or objective flaw) send us a photo of the defect within 24 hours of receiving your crystal. We will confirm the issue and remake your crystal. You will be required to ship the original crystal back to us to get a replacement.
If you want to cancel your order and your cancellation request comes within the first 15 minutes after placing it, you will get a full 100% refund. If you cancel after 15 minutes, it means one of our artists has been assigned to the project and as such you will receive a refund minus $25. Due to the custom nature of our product, once production of your item has begun it is not refundable.

Our designers will remove the background of your photo and prepare a digital 3D Model before we start engraving. If you’re in a hurry to receive your crystal, you can opt out of the 3D Preview feature during checkout
We’ll engrave your item and ship it within 1 - 2 days
Our production specialists will engrave your 3D image inside the crystal using subsurface engraving technology. We make sure every product is perfect before we ship!
